Previous blog - Commercial vehicle manufacturers support India in fight against COVID-19 - Part 1 discussed the efforts exerted by major CV brands namely, Ashok Leyland, Bharatbenz, and Eicher Motors. The part 2 of the blog delves with Force Motors, Mahindra Truck and Bus, and Tata Motors.

 

Force Motors has supplied the Gujarat Government with 150 Force Traveller Life Support Ambulances to combat the spread of COVID-19 in its vicinity. The company delivered the consignment on time and at terse notice. 50 Force Trax Ambulances were deployed in Nanded, Maharashtra, to provide accelerated aid to those in need. The Trax Ambulances are known for their ultimate performance. Its superior capability to traverse varied terrains makes it ideal for ferrying patients through the narrowest of roads. 

 

 

Mahindra Truck and Bus are at the forefront in combating the spread of the virus. Mahindra Blazo X35 is doing its part by supplying oxygen-filled tanks to designated spots. In Guwahati, Mahindra JAYO is involved in providing free food to people in these trying times, under an initiative by Lion's Club. Mahindra FURIO BS6 is aiding in the transportation of oxygen cylinders and helps maintain a constant flow of the same. 

 

 

 

Tata Group's subsidiary - Tata Motors, India's largest automobile manufacturer, is lending out support to hospitals reeling with acute medical supply shortage with consistent delivery of life support equipment and other medical resources.  The automobile company is lending a helping hand to vulnerable communities at various vaccination outreach centers.
