Tata Motors launches new LPT 2821 and LPT 3521 BS6 trucks at Delhi

Tata LPT 2818 and Tata LPT 2821 5L Turbotron Launch Program were held by Triumph Auto CV Pvt. Ltd. at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi, on the 17th of February.

The occasion was graced by Mr. Kultaran Singh Atwal - President, All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC) - an apex body that comprises cargo and passenger transporters. Major financing companies such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors Finance, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, and Citicorp were also present. One hundred fifty leading transporters attended to get a touch, feel, and a deeper understanding of the driving forces behind the Tata LPT 2818 and the Tata LPT 2821

 

Tata Motors and Triumph Auto Group’s partnership has stood the test of time for about 30 years. The latter has control over Three Authorized Service Station (TASS) and Spare Parts Distribution System. Moreover, they are channel partners to Honda and Hyundai, which adds a lot to their credibility and ability to deliver quality service.

Mr. Ranvir S. Kanwar (RSM North - Tata Motors) impressed upon and highlighted - "In today's time when the diesel prices have soared to over Rs.80/- Customers are looking at reducing variable cost, which can be achieved by reducing the Fuel Cost, Better Uptime, and reduced maintenance. Diesel cost alone contributes to 60% of the variable cost in running a heavy truck.”

Mr. Manu Gupta (Dealer Principal - Triumph Auto) briefed the attendees on the underlying factors that led their dealership to take a step forward and mark their entry into the CV space.

The Key Ceremony witnessed the handover of six Tata LPT 3521 Trucks to Purple Lillies (Logistic Providers), five LPT 3521 to New Bombay UP, and three units of Tata LPT 3521 were delivered to Shahi Roadlines and one LPT 2821 to RMTC.


 

Tata LPT 3521

The Tata LPT 3521 BS6 is a 12 wheeler truck from Tata Motors. The recent developments in the axle loading norms have given birth to an upgraded version of the popular Tata LPT 3118.

The engine comes coupled with a 6 speed 6F gearbox with a gear shift advisor and the 3-mode fuel economy switch, both of which play an essential role in providing the best-in-class mileage. 

Similar to the LPT 2818, the BS6 10 wheeler LPT 2821 truck has numerous wheelbases on offer, thereby allowing it to offer customers an option to choose amongst multiple body-length options specifically catered as per their requirements. The safety aspect of the Tata Truck is well-managed with the inclusion of Air Brakes and ABS.
