India's First Hydrogen-Powered Intercity Bus Launched By BharatBenz And Reliance Industries

Nitin Seth, CEO of New Mobility at Reliance Industries, revealed in a social media post that extensive testing and safety verification of the bus will be done over the next 12 months. The demonstration took place at the G20 Presidency which is being held in Goa between July 19-22.

The BharatBenz Hydrogen Intercity Bus is equipped with a net power of 105 kW compared to the 300 HP of the current diesel bus for intercity applications.

The BharatBenz Hydrogen Bus comes with a kilometer range of 400 km on a single charge, making it ideal for long distance intercity travel.
