Euler Motors Reports an Order of 2,500 Electric SCVs from E-Commerce Giants

Euler Motors, the emerging brand of electric commercial vehicle manufacturers reported an order of 2,500 small electric commercial vehicles from the likes of Flipkart, Big Basket and Udaan. In a released statement, the electric vehicle producer said, "The companies will deploy Euler Motors EV (electric vehicles) across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai to transform and strengthen their first, mid and last mile operations.”

Looking forward to drop its electric 3-wheelers in around the festive season this year, Euler Motors had announced the investment of $2.6 million from various investors earlier this year. The switch to greener alternatives has always been a target of the regularly operating FMCGs. With the society getting more and more aware of the environmental hazards of production, it is always a good strategy to resort to greener alternatives to keep the masses content and boost customer satisfaction.

The electric way proven to be an economical method to link up supply chains, Euler Motors had already contributed by supplying around 250 vehicles to facilitate supply chain transportation in the Delhi-NCR.  Over 100 charging stations had also been established in order to achieve smoothness in operations throughout.

The opinion of switching to more sustainable methods in the longer run to cope with the high and consistent rise in delivery demands had been expressed by the CEO of Big Basket himself. Supply chains had to be made more efficient in all possible ways.

Udaan, another of Euler’s big customers, had also reported in the rise in profits and massive savings due to the fact that in addition to the fall in fuel costs, the higher payload offered by the Electric Vehicles was a bonus in making the system more efficient than it ever used to be.

Revolutionizing the small vehicles industry with their sustainable solutions, Euler Motors had reported a rise in value of 200% previous year. The venture, whilst aiming to make a 10-fold profits in the coming years, has made its ambitions clear by providing immediate solutions for the industry to contribute towards the global goal of sustainable development.
