Tata Ace Gold Diesel BS6
The Tata Ace Gold Diesel BS6 is armed with the Direct Injection, Naturally Aspirated Engine that is capable of maintaining consistency in the power levels generated. This makes the mini truck well-suited for hauling and towing applications.With a payload of 750 Kg, ground clearance of 160 mm and a body length of 7.2 ft, the Diesel Tata Ace Gold is the preferred choice for last mile connectivity and inter-city goods delivery.
The Ace Gold Diesel is now available in the all new BS6 version, which results in cleaner emissions and a minimized fuel consumption, thereby turning out to be a profitable venture for the buyer. Tata Ace Petrol BS6 is available in a Cabin with Fixed Side Body option. The Chhota Hathi comes fitted with parabolic-leaf springs at the front and semi-elliptical leaf springs at the rear end, and these suspension systems are considered to be quite firm and strongly support the chassis weight.
Tata Ace Gold Petrol BS6
The Tata Ace Petrol BS6 is capable of achieving a maximum speed of 70 Km/Hr, which is higher than its diesel counterpart. The former has a +2.5% higher gradeability compared to the petrol version therefore providing more boost and ease while commuting up-hill. While the Tata Ace Diesel BS6 comes with a 4 speed Transmission, the Ace Petrol variant comes with 5 Speed, thereby resulting in a higher torque rating – 55 Nm compared to 45 Nm by the diesel model. The Ace Gold CNG from Tata Motors is a 1630 Kg GVW mini truck, now BS6 compliant and is the 3rd addition to the Tata Ace Gold family. It comes loaded with the Multi-point Gas Injection System that delivers a maximum power output of 26 HP and a 50 Nm torque. Unlike the other two Tata mini truck variants, the CNG-powered engine comes mated to GBS 65 Synchromesh gearbox and has a 6 Speed (6F + 1R) transmission drive.
Tata Ace Gold CNG
Tata Ace Gold CNG mileage is quite superior as it comes equipped with a 70 Ltrs gas-cylinder tank, thereby reducing the number of trips to the re-fueling station. In addition, it has a payload of 640 Kg, body-size of 8.2 ft, ground-clearance of 160 mm, and a wheelbase of 2250 mm, thereby making it ideal for last mile distribution activities such as courier, groceries, light goods and more. This Tata Chota Hathi version shares features with the other two variants like Gear Shift Advisor for improved fuel-efficiency, spacious glove box and digital panel.
