Continuing the festive cheer, country’s largest automobile company Tata Motors launched the “India Ki Doosri Diwali” campaign for its small commercial vehicle and pickup range. Under this scheme, customers buying the Tata SCV or Pickup range of vehicles will get an assured gift worth up to INR 5 Lakhs, by way of a scratch card system. The gift items range from gold worth INR 5 lakhs, 3 lakhs or 1 lakh along with many other exciting gifts like washing machine, LED TV, mobile phone, juicer mixer and fuel coupons. And to surprise the market, these assured gifts are over and above the monthly discount schemes on the products. Attractive offers like these are announced to increase footfalls in the showroom, part of which converts into increased sales.

Tata Motors is the market leader in small commercial vehicles space with its flagship model Ace. As per information, the company has sold over 22 lakh vehicles of the Tata Ace family so far and “India Ki Doosri Diwali” bonanza is a way of celebrating the same. Tata Ace mini truck, which was conceptualized & launched in the last decade, not just became a source of livelihood for lakhs of buyers, but it also brought about a change in social status of these customers, many of whom upgraded from 3 wheelers. Today, the Tata Ace family consists of an entire range of vehicles starting from Ace Zip, Ace Gold, Ace HT, Ace XL, Mega, Mega XL, Super Ace Mint and the recently launched Intra V10 as well as Intra V20. Customers can buy these mini trucks in diesel or CNG fuel options. While Ace family rules the roads of India, Tata Pickups are still trying to establish themselves against the market leader Mahindra’s Bolero Pickup family.
